McWong knows the importance of adopting proper pre-treatment process to ensure a successful and reliable performance of the downstream main process. McWong proposes three (3) types of pre-treatment process in compliance with different influent quality.
CAF® Cavitation Air Flotation Process Package>>
Dosing and coagulation devices + Air flotation tank+ Other accessory facilities
This process is applicable to treatment of oily wastewater. The greater the influent SS and oil content concentrations are, the better the effluent quality.
MSAF-McWong Sequential Air Flotation Process>>
Dosing and coagulation devices + Air flotation tank + Other accessory equipments
This treatment process is applicable to pre-treatment of influent waste water requiring higher water quality of effluent. The treatment process combines the advantages of CAF (Cavitation Air Flotation) and DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation), ensuring better effluent water quality.
Micro-vortex Flocculation Water Treatment Process>>
Reactor+ Micro-vortex flocculator +Dosing device + Sludge-water separator and sludge scraper
The wastewater is dosed with appropriate chemical agents in the reactor. This treatment process is applicable to pre-treatment processes involving coagulation, clarification and/or hardness removal.
